In a large organization, I provided consulting services to in-house clients in performance, change management, dissemination of innovation, and crisis management.

In a California ecommerce and retail concern, I teamed with the Director of in-store sales and the Director of catalog sales on manpower forecasts and staff performance, creating new-hire training protocols, including strategies for new-hire orientation and training for service and operations employees; this required meeting monthly with Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer on strategic positioning alignment. In this context, I spearheaded centralization of training and development; created an accountability structure; and formalized schedule and scope controls, budget oversight mechanisms (ROI), and a strategic planning regimen (ISD and Criterion-Referenced Instruction), following up with internal dissemination strategies to ensure downstream positioning and mission alignment.
