Strategy: I have restructured learning and performance strategy, developed and driven initiatives for enterprise-wide learning, and spearheaded asynchronous and distance learning strategies. This required expanding the pool of outside consultants and trainers. I also engineered product training strategies.
Operations: I established product training strategies utilizing external vendors and internal experts, while more recently I coordinated training of sales and service departments and supported internal clients on product and technical equipment training. This included the development of instructional materials, classroom curricula, and follow-up tools, as well as designing Train-The-Trainer requirements for internal and external specialists. The project involved the development of innovative knowledge-based marketing materials, including quarterly and biweekly publications and instructional booklet series.
