Management

I have directed the day-to-day operation of both staff training and management development for customer service and sales departments, including strategic planning and oversight of program design, materials development, and all phases of curriculum implementation. My duties included overseeing CSR programming and a learning center facility.

I led a department of twelve trainers and curriculum designers, planning strategy and overseeing program execution for a Retail Investment Division. During this time, I developed an ROI model which was later adopted for region-wide efforts.

Another project required me to oversee learning and performance programming for HRM. I developed organization-wide initiatives, implemented new learning technologies, managed a pool of outside experts, and provided internal consulting services.

I also implemented, in conjunction with client personnel, nationwide ergonomic standards for existing annual furniture procurements, as well as a state-wide program to evaluate and manage population density of the client's 12 major buildings.

I have provided budget analysis and scope adherence tools, and designed and implemented an inventory management and sales tracking solution.
