I led training for a division-wide ERP upgrade (Oracle PeopleSoft 8.9 HCM) which included strategic planning, program design and development, and all phases of curriculum implementation.

I also implemented enterprise-wide training for the roll-out of a new ERP (AS400) solution, which included strategic planning, program design and development, and all phases of curriculum implementation.

• Designed and managed implementation of Information Management solutions for projects with budgets totaling over $65 MM annually.
